Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00. Send us your arrival time and a host will meet you at the gate.

Cancellation

Cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged for the first night.

Children & extra guests

Children are welcome. Under-sixes stay free in existing bedding; extra beds are available on request, within each room's maximum of four guests.

Payment

No payment is taken online. Settle at the villa in US dollars or riel, by cash or bank transfer. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included.
